  3. Conveyance Deed (Land Ownership Transfer):
    • Transfer of ownership of the land from the developer to the society. This is crucial for ensuring that the society has legal ownership of the plot.
  4. Approved Building Plans:
    • Copies of the sanctioned layout, architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevations.
  5. Municipal Property Tax Assessment:
    • Updated property tax records reflecting the redeveloped building and individual flats.
  6. No Objection Certificates (NOCs):
